In the last 10+ years, while running a successful creative agency / startup studio called Moonbase, David has worked as a designer, creative director, art director, design lead for corporate teams, and business/brand coach for solopreneurs, startups and scale-ups. During this time he has also founded and co-founded several other businesses, one of which is Two-Spirits.
He has been a valuable consultant on large technical projects, as well as a tusted personal advisor for ambitious entrepreneurs dealing with the challenges and responsibilities that come with building and leading their business.
In the last 5 years while working as a freelance brand designer he explored his deep interest in how to find meaning and discover our purpose in life, what it means to be a man and a father (and how this relates to how men show up as leaders in business), how our past experiences influence our present decisions and our future life (both personal and professional), and how all of this relates to the culture we live in and the culture we, as entrepreneurs and business leaders, create.
For this deep dive he has taken many different leadership and therapy-related courses, found new mentors, read many many books, and is now integrating all this (ongoing) learning in his daily work as a brand designer.
